Dear All,

I hope the summer is treating you well and your tans are improving (Dan).

Just a quick reminder that this Saturday we are holding our AGM and combining it with our annual workforce day where we clean and repair the Club in preparation for the coming season.  

We are aiming to start work at the club at 9.00am and then hold the AGM at midday and if there is anymore work to do this can be done after the AGM. 

Dave and Peter have been down the Club and assessed what we need to do:

Outside

1. Clear the path of weeds and over growing grass - Robin volunteered

2. Cut grass weeds etc close to Clubhouse - need strimmers, hoes, weed killer

3. Paint over graffiti with green council paint - need paint and brushes

4. Sodium Lamp replace with LED - electrical tools

5. Power wash path after Robin has weeded!! - needed a power washer

6. Container clear all rubbish and remove to dump

Inside

1. Clear all rubbish from the club and transport to dump

2. Remove bouncy castle and BBQ to container

3. Clean toilets, kitchen, bar, floors - need cleaning equipment and muscle

4. Touch up white paint - We have 2 tubs and brushes just need volunteers

5. Repair back door brace - Need a carpenter

6. Replace tube lights in ladies, boiler room and main Hall

7. Replace broken ceiling tiles in changing rooms and corridors

8. Fix Antlers from Ian Jones to above bar, change pictures - ladder and toggle bolts

9. Measure and fit shelves into large storage cupboard - needed timber tools etc

The more people help the quicker we can get the jobs done!!
